A tiny turtle charm had to be attached ofcourse!

Colored the mermaid with Derwent and tried to blend the colors and I think that went ok.

Daddy's birthday

Hello on this very last day of the year,and when the last hours are ticking away I made a card for my dad who will be celebrating his 68th birthday soon.
I printed out 2 images of him,1 when he was a very young child and the other as he is today :)I love my paps very much,he is the absolute best.

A close up ,the printed image didn't turn out too fantastic..
I wish you all a very good 2010,may it bring you joy and laughter and many hours to be creative and ofcourse in good health.

Gorjuss stamp

Hello all!

Something different today then my own stamps haha,this one is from Gorjuss and I like those very much.
Used the EK success punches for the flowers and added a little glitter glue dot on top of it.

The sentiment is from me,printed it out and used a punch to create a scalloped circle.

And there he is again,this snowman has been used quite a lot this year haha..

I bought a while back these letters and planned to use them this time. To be honest I think they are a bit too big for the card..what do you think?

Hello everyone on this grey and rainy day (yuck)
For this card I have used a paper that I like very much but forgot the name,if anyone knows feel free to let me know!
Used my own digital stamp and rounded the edges with a punch,colored the stamp with Derwent.
Added a string of lace on the left side and a little bow on the right.

I have made a card for the Scrap Cards Challenge and the card should be in Christmas style but different then the usual colors green and red and such.
I am kind of nervous because it is my very first entry ..ever!

I cut out Daisy Mae and pasted her on the oval but I am not too thrilled about it,paper is from Marks paper company,used flowers from E,and added a bit of lace. Hope you can see past the cutout messy Daisy :)

New digistamps

This has been a very productive day and I have added 2 new digi stamps to my site. These are drawn differently,I decided to use the vector layers for smoother lines.
The stamps are $0,85 per stamp.

Christmas is just weeks away

I have finished all my Christmas cards,how about you ladies?
Shown here is a card in progress,I have colored the stamp with the Derwent pencils and I am thinking about those copics should I stick to Derwent or go for copics?
Any good advise?

My scraproom

The walls were pink,it was my daughters old room and I like pink so I left it like that. The blue box will be painted this week too in a different color.I have that thing for years and he can use a bit of paint.I have bought some baskets and from here on it is easy to expand haha!

Daisy Mae Bunny card

I dragged myself into my scraproom and started to work on some cards and in the end I felt relaxed and a bit better,also thanks to Marijke's offer to bring me some tea :) that brought me a smile!

I have scanned the card and played with it in Paintshop Pro with some filters :)
For this card I have used the Wisteria paper some flowers from E and ofcourse my own digital stamp. I have colored Daisy Mae with Derwent pencils.

I am not doing too well today and I don't think I will be on the computer much. I need to grab myself together but that always takes a few days.

Daisy Mae Xmas card

I have drawn a new digital stamp this morning and decided to work with it right away.

This stamp is also available in my members area!
The red part looks like it has been stitched on it,I used a white marker to draw these stitched lines.
The little star on the right is a green one and the scanner turned it into a striped thingy..ooh well.

Sparkle!

My scraproom is ready and I am so happy with it! I had planned to take a picture but it seems my camera broke down,I can't afford a new one right now so no pictures for a while :)

This is my first card I made in my own room,haha it sounds a bit hysterical doesn't it?
I bought some BasicGrey paper a while ago and used it for this card,punches are from EK Success and Martha Stewart.

I bought some stitched brads and they are super! Bought them in America since they ask in Holland ridiculous prices for scrapbook goodies.

Thank you card

A thank you card today instead of winter or Christmas. It has been raining all day today and I was in the mood for something cheery :)

I have used an paperpad and cut out some flowers and sticked those with 3d tape on the card. Digital stamp is from myself :) The little tag says "Bedankt" in Dutch means "Thank You"

This and that

My husband looked at me the past months and saw the stack of scrapbook supplies growing and growing. And the other day he suggested that I should get a room upstairs for all the goodies and guess what?

He is busy painting the old room my daughter used to sleep in,she moved another floor up :)
I can't wait to move all the scrapbook stuff upstairs in my own room! woohoo!

Also I have added new digital stamps to my website and working on some more as we speak.
